FINN Tool & Instruments, Inc. has been providing hardware
fabrication solutions to the aerospace, aircraft, medical, and
commercial industries for over 50 years. We specialize in the
fabrication of experimental and prototype components, assemblies,
tooling, jigs, and fixtures. We have extensive experience in the
machining of parts using all types of high strength alloys such as
Inconel, Molybdenum, Niobium, Titanium, Copper alloys, and Stainless
steels while maintaining very close tolerances. Over the years we have developed many
proprietary manufacturing processes. We work closely
with our customers throughout the entire design and fabrication process to ensure
the finished products meet their requirements. We can
work with all levels of documents, from rough sketches to detailed drawings.
We are licensed by the State Department and the Department of Defense to fabricate ITAR
and EAR hardware.
Quality
All fabricated parts are inspected to verify that they meet the requirements of customer drawings
and specifications. An inspection report including material certifications is
furnished to the customer. A copy of all documentation is filed in our
job records and stored in a secure area. FINN Tool is fully compliant to ISO 9000, AS9100 Rev B, in addition to the quality standards of many large aerospace companies.
Customer Products
Some of the hardware which we have fabricated in the past include rocket
engine injectors, jet engine parts, high speed rotating turbo pump
components, calorimeter spools, combustion chambers, and various medical
products. These parts were fabricated to very precise requirements.
Products
We also carry a line of our own products used by many machine shops.
These products are fabricated in house and are available from SPI, MSC,
or directly from our own facilities.
